Refund policy

By completing your registration on our booking platform, you agree to the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.

Registration Processing Fee:

• A 10% non-refundable processing fee of the total activity cost is applied, regardless of the circumstances.

Cancellation by the École d'Escalade de l'Outaouais:

In the event of cancellation by the school due to weather or lack of participants, we prioritize rescheduling the activity for a subsequent date. If the activity cannot be rescheduled within the same season, the client has the option of:

• A full refund, excluding the registration processing fee.
• A credit for the same activity in the next season, unaffected by any price increases.

Cancellation by the Client:

• More than 14 days before the activity: Free date change or full refund (minus the registration processing fee).
• Between 7 and 13 days before the activity: Free date change or 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the activity: No refund; administrative fees of $100 will be charged for a date change (these fees may be waived upon presentation of a medical certificate justifying inability to participate or other valid force majeure circumstances).

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Inherent Risks:

Following your registration, at least 2 weeks before your activity, you will receive an informational email with all the details. Additionally, you will find a form acknowledging and accepting the inherent risks of the activity. By completing your registration on our booking platform, you commit to filling out this form before the activity; otherwise, your participation will be refused without refund.

This policy does not apply to school and corporate groups. Please contact the École d'Escalade de l'Outaouais regarding applicable policies for school and corporate groups.
